Frontier FFA Ag Boosters

This non-profit group is made up of parents/supporters of the Frontier FFA Chapter in our community that want to assist in giving students experiences in Agriculture and the Future Farmers of America (FFA) leadership program. Anyone is welcome to attend meetings and be a part of this great organization! Please visit our events page for meeting and activity dates. Here are several examples of what this organization provides for our students:

 

  • Travel for students to judging activities and leadership conferences

  • Overnight hotel accommodations for all students participating on judging teams/state conference

  • Various meals for students participating in activities away from home

  • Equipment needs for the FFA and classroom

  • Awards and rewards for students

  • Scholarships for graduating Seniors

  • Equipment and building materials for the school farm

Fundrasing Opportunity:

Each year the Frontier Ag Boosters, INC hosts their annual spring round up. This event consists of live and silent auctions, a steak dinner, and much more. The event is for adults 21 and over. All proceeds go directly to students and student activities. If you have items to donate or want more information please contact our Chapter Advisors.

Officers

Julie Beechinor is currently serving as the President of the Frontier Ag Boosters INC. As a past Frontier Ag Teacher and current professor at Bakersfield College, Ms. Beechinor offers a great deal of support to our agriculture program. Her current work includes the management of agenda items as well as oversight to our new website frontierffa.org.
 

Janean Johnson is currently serving as the Vice President for Frontier Ag Boosters INC. 

 

Kristine Hudson is currently serving as the Frontier Ag Boosters INC. Treasurer. She has been an active member of the boosters program for the last eight years. As Treasurer she manages the annual budget, plans events, and helps run the annual Spring Round-Up fundraiser.

 

Patti Clark is the current Secretary of Frontier Ag Boosters Inc. Her involvement in the program began nine years ago when her daughter joined the FFA program. As Secretary she maintains all official records of meetings and events. She works closely with the executive team to make decisions that promote excellence in the boosters program.
